Printing returns
Tax returns not printing to secondary printer from Lacerte 2019 ProConnect. Single forms or pages will print to the second printer but not the full client or government copies of the return even though printer is available and checked in "Name" box. I also tried turning the computer off and on (thinking it was printer) and also reinstalling Lacerte program a couple of times without success and also checked printer ports office wide. Thanks for anyone's help!
