Preparing the client letter.

I have 4 client letters for different purposes.  Can I use word and import them into the Lacerte Client Letter.

Yes, BUT

You will still need to mess with formatting. Bitmaps are buggy. Some fonts may not work with Lacerte. 

Open the default letter > Highlight verbage portion (you probably should keep the Dear, line and everything above > Press delete > Go to word and use Ctrl + A and Ctrl + C to copy > return to the default letter and use Ctrl +Z to paste > Edit a bit > Save As your description for Purpose 1. REPEAT

Good luck. There is an update expected later this week to correct some issues with the letter, so I would wait for the update before spending too much time. I print a few to pdf to see how they look before I begin wasting paper.
