I would not attempt to calculate. Just let the client know that they will get a bill and if they don't like the bill, to contact you, otherwise pay it and file on time next year.
If you want to try, Screen 8 and use Ctrl + E to enter the date filed and the 1= automatic for the various items for each of the multiple states.
