Pay per Return how to download the 2525 program?

I paid yesterday for Pay per Return but after 24 hour the service is not available. No technical assistance today. Does anybody knows how to download the 2025 program?

Unfortunately you are 500 years early for the 2525 program. 😉

Lacerte and ProSeries tags show up in your post so I’m not sure which one you are really trying to download, but somewhere in the process of purchasing the software did you receive information to setup an account with Intuit? If so, you should be able to log into your account to download the software.

You access all through My Account. https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/download-products/download-install-lacerte/L8RCydXQS_US_en_US?uid=mvnvnatl

You may need your Client Account Number (CAN) and will probably need to set up some of the information in “My Acccount”. It might not yet work, if you were brand new yesterday. All of the years are access there. You also need to download your Prep file.
