Individual returns e-filed to Oklahoma have not moved in days. I have heard from several other CPA firms with the same problem. Is Oklahoma Tax Commission not processing? Or is this a Lacerte problem? More importantly, how and when does this get fixed?

I just spoke w a client who said he JUST rec'd his 2019 Oklahoma refund. Given that, I wouldn't be surprised if the OTC is backlogged on 2020 returns.

Same here. No ack for my return filed 10/11.

I've literally never seen a Oklahoma reject, so I'm waiting patiently on the grounds that it will all work out, but I don't have many returns this time of year.

Oklahoma e-file system appears to up and working as of late Thursday Oct. 14. OTC sources acknowledged that the Oklahoma e-file system was down from about midnight Saturday Oct. 9 through mid-afternoon Thursday Oct. 14. I can confirm that all of my returns have now processed and are "accepted" by Oklahoma.
