Question

NJ CBT 1065

I'm working on a NJ CBT 1065.  The net income is just over $1,000 and the tax on the return is almost $5,000.  This doesn't make sense.  Any ideas would be helpful.

What kind of business is it?

How many partners?

How many of them are NJ residents?
