BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE HAVE PER DIEM CONTACT PAYOUTS. WHAT IS REPORTED ON GOVERNMENT FILED COPY
cAN NOT EFILE WITH 2 LTC CONTRACTS,AND BOTH PARTY'S ARE DECEASED

You can't file anything right now anyway since e-filing is shutdown until January.  As a side note, you might want to check on that caps lock of yours - it seems to be defective.

    The 1099-LTC is not filed with the return.  The information is used to properly prepare the return in Lacerte, but there is no specific input for the form. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/individual/help/entering-a-form-1099-ltc-for-long-term-care-insurance-contracts/00/3714
