where do I entry UBIA of qualified property from from K-1

Screen 20.# (depending on partnership, S-Corp, Fiduciary)

Down to Line 17 (for an S)  - Other Info  

Several line down is the area to enter "Sections 199A" info.  3/4 of the way across the grid = UBIA

Assuming partnership - Look at the grid for line 20 (i.e. part of 20Z) and you should find a column header as UBIA Enter it there.
