I need Rep Access in 2018?

I am not sure why my Rep access doesn't work in 2018. I have it in 2019 & 2020. Please advise. Christine L McDaniel CPA 85375

Try downloading your license.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/tax-return/help/how-to-download-and-install-lacerte-prep-files/00/90711 shows how to download multiple year prep files at once. They are then updated with you re enter the program.
