I cannot open my 2017 program. I get the following error message. DoBeforeInitialize: Exception=ERROR LOADING FILE MANAGER an invalid character was found in text content.

I am running the latest version of Windows 10. Defender is turned off.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 2017 program.  2016 works perfect.
