Does the taxpayer qualify for it?

If not, what rule disqualifies the taxpayer?

    If you want to override the automatic calculation go to screen 38.2 and in the bottom of the EIC section is a place to override the EIC amount.  If you want to eliminate the EIC enter a -1.
