According to the info I have, you need to be sure your NEW YORK, number of group members reported is equal to the number of members listed.

You have just published a client name and EIN on the internet, please remove the pdf and take the time write the info from that or use a screen capture that you can crop. @Intuit BettyJo could you edit the post?
