Getting Form 3468 to generate on 1040

Hi all, I am running around in circles, I am on Screen 34 for the 1040, have the form and activity name selected and on the investment credit input I have the type of solar energy property listed and the basis of the property but nothing is showing up on my forms screen and there’s no diagnostic information to determine what is missing on the input side to generate the form. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

I figured out the issue was I had the entries in Part VI when they should have been Part V so I was able to get it completed
