Form 7004 initial return
How do I check the Initial Return box on form 7004. I have checked the box for the 1065 but it will not work to check the box on the Form 7004.

Notice that is only for SHORT TAX YEAR. You need to indicate all of this in Screen 3 - 3rd item for Initial year and then down to Number of Months, if short tax year.
