when will form 1118 be available?

I'm also wondering when form 1118 will  be available and whether I need to download an updated version of the 2021 software to obtain?

You should regularly update the software (typically once a week on Thursday.) You can check availability at https://proconnect.intuit.com/supported-tax-forms/?forms=lc
