error in InBox Manager when opening?

What year?
Did it install properly and this is a new problem?
What type of monitor do you have? https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/general-login/help/when-opening-lacerte-the-sign-in-screen-is-blank-or-does-not/00/111227 seems to be a general problem.

Do you have replication turned on, like Google Backup and Sync?  If so, that interferes with Lacerte's download tool. 

Pause or otherwise disable the sync when checking for updates and e-filing, and your InBox Manager problem may go away (mine did).
