How do I resolve the rejection error: IND-901?

What does the rejection SAY?  

None of us volunteers have the codes memorized...

    There is a code search page for Lacerte:

    https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/tkb/choosetemplatepage/board-id/diagnostics/search-before-post-mode/true

    But the numbers are more typically longer than "901" and I tried "IND-901" and it isn't there. You can read about it here:

    It's not a Lacerte diagnostic; it's an IRS reject code.

     

    IND-901 indicates that the primary SSN on the return belongs to someone who SSA thinks died in a prior year.
