Critical error ref. #37228

A description and amount of "Other Expenses" on Schedule E page 1 are required for e-filing.  Expenses for line 19 are listed in the Schedule E screen with amounts.  What is needed to clear this error.

Remove any descriptions without amounts. Usually this is a state-level diagnostic, so you may need to look in the state income and deductions screens.
