Completed Input Sheets

When trying to print completed input sheets, the raw numbers are not showing up, however all other information is. EIN, Employer, etc...

Any solutions?

I just tried one and everything worked out fine. Are you printing to paper, pdf or dms? Is this for a large batch of clients or just one? 

Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

OK on computer that didn't get updated today.

Same here. Whether I print to PDF or paper. I have been on hold with support for over an hour.

    Customer support said there was an issue with the latest update and they are working on fixing it. They will let me know when it is fixed and I will let you know.
