Codes on Screen Input

When the diagnostics references a Screen and Code (example Screen 32.1, Code 15) how do I reveal the codes?

When you are in that screen RIGHT CLICK the gray bar that has the screen number in it and select SHOW CODES  The codes will show where the data would be input.
