Canadian NR4 Form

A canadian NR4 form, what do you put in for a state code on the 1099R?

There isn't a 1099-R if you have a NR4.

There should be input to indicate it is a foreign payor/foreign pension.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Thank you for the information. It was helpful and I found where to record the foreign source income and tax withheld in the Intuit Lacerte software.
