Is anyone having trouble calculating tax return in 2019 program? Error while getting calculation data from engine 4424 message

Sometimes the search feature works like crap and sometimes it doesn't:

    I am getting a similar error -- cannot populate anything on the "forms" tab and cannot e-file. I've been on hold for 57 minutes now attempting to reach support. 

    When attempting to e-file...

    "Exception occurred attempting to process e-file(s) for client #####.

    ATEExceptionMessage: Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException"

    It was working fine on Friday...
