1065 you can post federal partner basis - where do I post the state partner basis?

By *post* do you mean *enter* the beginning balance?

Screen 28 is a starting point, then Screen 29 for special allocations.   But that's the same place as Federal, so I'm confused.

IF you mean where does it show on the K-1, look at the top of page 2.
