2020 programs updates

I have not been able to update 2020 at all without doing a force reinstall after clearing the temp folder and changing the SETUP20 file to SETUP20OLD.

MY 2019 updates work fine so is anyone else having issue with 2020,

Also the smartvault .pdf printer seems to screwup the Lacerte .pdf printer and I have to run the pdf repair utilitiy at least once a day.

 

I may look at ULTRA tax.

    As a general rule, decline the in program update. Exit the program and run 20YY Lacerte WebSetup (I actually put a shortcut on my desktop.)  It is far less buggy than the in program update. 

    Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

    Essentially what I have been doing but it's not a answer.  Lacerte should fix the **bleep** problem.

     

    You shouldn't have to do a workaround in order to get an update.
