1116 Schedule B

I'm getting a critical diagnostic instructing me to attach Schedule B to the 1116.  No other hints of where to find it or how to complete it. The IRS website only has it and the instructions in DRAFT form.

Will I be able to e-file without the B?  Does the B really exist? When will we see some guidance?

Just posted on this same question.  IRS.gov does have the form now in fillable pdf, but will be a major pain to complete for everyone, and the carry over to next year.  Unbelievable that Lacerte is not generating at least the form, let alone populating the data.
