1065 critical warning instructions still in draft

why am I still getting critical diagnostic warning "instructions are still in draft" on 1065?

IRS has finalized the 1065 instructions-last week. Now we wait for Intuit.

It means the instructions for the 1065 are still in draft form. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-dft/i1065--dft.pdf

You can still file, BUT once IRS issues the final instructions their MIGHT be changes.

    IRS has finalized the 1065 instructions-last week. Now we wait for Intuit.
