Is electronic payment of federal estimated tax due Jan. 15 available?  Doesn't seem to be.

You can only initiate ES-tax payment by ACH when the return is e-filed.  You may like to direct your client to this IRS webpage to make an electronic payment instead:

https://www.irs.gov/payments

    I'm thinking you are going to have to use the IRS system directly to get that deposit done.
