new computer...Lacerte proforma not functioning
Just purchased a new dell computer. Have spent 3 days and 20 hours with Lacerte tech support....all the way up to "Master". Cannot figure out the problem.
Has anyone had this type of problem???
Is my new computer faulty?
They claim it "may" be a permissione issue and I need to hire a tech person.
I am sooooo frustrated and getting absolutely nowhere. Could my new computer be faulty.

Hopefully they already tried this, but here goes.
1. Proforma always works from the prior year. For now you should use the Proforma from the 2021 program, NOT the 2022 program.
2. When you want to start 2022 Lacerte, find the program and Right Click on it and select "Run as administrator"
