The following diagnostic is generating:

Form M1M with Other Subtractions is not allowed for Minnesota e-file (ref #9832).

This diagnostic is appearing as a critical but, there is nothing in the other subtractions field in the Minnesota return.

Rumor has it that Intuit diagnostics has hiccups sometimes.  If you are positive that there is nothing on the form, try transmitting the return.

Look at overrides.  If an override is in a state field if different from federal, that is usually the cause of this diagnostic on MN.
