The following diagnostic is generating:

Form 8283 # {PrefixNum} : Form 8283 now requires a donee signature document to be included as a binary (PDF) attachment with Form 8283 if there is a name of charitable organization (donee).

Solution

Pick activity, attach the donee signature as a PDF, and link to form.

There are multiple steps to get this resolved:

1 - attach the PDF in screen 4.4

2 - select form 8283, then choose Form 8283 Donee Signature Document

3 - Activity name or number - choose the organization/entry for the donation.

 

If this doesn't resolve it, the incorrect Donee Acknowledgement may have been selected.

need to link to form  8283 sec b and link to activity name as well
