Please enter Tennessee direct debit information in the Miscellaneous Information screen or indicate payment made through agency website in the Tennessee Miscellaneous Information screen. If there is no balance due, extension filing is not required and will not be accepted by Tennessee.
Solution:
To clear if they do not want to file TN extension: Screen 12 > Tennessee Extension (FAE 173) > Suppress state extension
