The following diagnostic is generating: CA SDI IS OVER $9,999 AND IS REQUIRING A PAPER FILED RETURN. I'M UNAWARE OF THIS REQUIREMENT AND GOOGLE HAS NOT HELPED. HAS ANYONE ELSE RAN INTO THIS?

Could you split that W-2 and enter it as 2 W-2s to get around this?

There was a post earlier ( but since the search function here sucks...). I think you can still e-file by overriding; that the consensus is it isn't a CA restriction.

I just had it pop up. I was wondering if that meant file paper for federal and CA or just CA.
