efile error exception: Exception occurred attempting to print pdf
My tax return has been validated for efiling. But when I tried to run the efile wizard, I received the following error exception message:
Exception occurred attempting to print pdf(s) for client xxxxxx. Access violation at address 4EC4921A in module 'CDINTF.DLL' Read of address 000001D4.
I was not trying to print anything. I was just trying to efile an individual tax return. I do not have the problem when filing a corporate tax return.
