The following diagnostic is generating:
The program has determined that it is more beneficial to file the Montana return as 'Married filing separately on same form' (Box 2a of Form 2) instead of 'Married filing jointly' (Box 4). To choose a filing status other than 'Married filing separately on same form' an entry is necessary in "Filing Status [O]" (${screen:3}, Code 114).
Solution:
To override the programs determination See screen 3 Miscellaneous Info/Direct Deposit - use the Filing status (Ctrl+T) {O} override field to resolve the diagnostic.
Doesn't prevent e-file transmission
