The following diagnostic is generating:
Depreciation asset #{PrefixNum}: The standard mileage rate was forced but current year business miles are not entered.
Solution:
Go to the Deprecation screen to the asset # listed in the error and scroll down to the 'Automobiles and Other Listed Property' section. Entries in 'Total Miles' and also in 'Business Miles' are required to address this diagnostic.
