The following diagnostic is generating:

Form 3885 or 3885F must be generating with the return to qualify for electronic filing. Please remove the override or file this return as a conventional paper return. Due to the CA Business e-file mandate, you must request and file a Business Entity e-file waiver. To complete the waiver online, copy and paste the following address in your internet browser:

If you have attached the form, ignore the diagnostic.

This is an efile critical diagnostic. Will it still efile?

I couldn't figure out why the diagnostic appeared since the 3885 is part of the return and didn't have this issue in 2022. I attached a copy of the 3885 anyway and used the to E-file Support Tools to disable the error. I'm waiting to see if has been accepted.

@Strongsilence. YES! I got the acknowledgement this morning that it was accepted by both Fed and CA.
