The following diagnostic is generating: W-2 # is missing the employer state id number under the electronic filing. the diagnostic doesn't reference a w-2 number and I only have one w-2 but the critical diagnostic is there twice. I am not missing a state id number and all the electronic id and state abbr. is included in the input.

    Hi,

    Your return may have old data that get trapped. This may happen when a return has a prior W2 that got deleted. To resolve this issue, please save your W2 information and delete it. Then re-enter it again. Make sure the W-2 is the first W2 (it will have a number 1 under the W-2 view list).

    i have a w-2 input page with no w-2 data listed i tried to delete this blank page but still getting diagnostic and will not let me efile
