The following diagnostic is generating: Diagnostic code in partnership module #58332 - indicates "Schedule D column f ownership percentage is not totaling to be 1.0." Clicking on goes to a spot not related to whatever Schedule D is being referred to - and there is no gain transaction ocurring in this LLC.

So how does this get fixed????  It is a critical diagnostic.
