The following diagnostic is generating: The Early Childhood Educator Tax Credit is being claimed. Form DR 1703 must be manually prepared and attached to the return. The form has been prepared and attached, but the diagnostic will not clear. How do we tell Lacerte it is done so Colorado 104 can be efiled?
