The following diagnostic is generating: VA Form 770, Schedule 3, negative values are not allowed for EF returns. Please file this return as a conventional paper return. Seems very simple why can't VA handle this?

      I'm having the same issue. 

      This is definitely a silly thing, perhaps on VA's part, because if total subtractions exceed total additions, then the taxpayer must paper file???
