The following diagnostic is generating: "The e-file specifications to not allow "Foreign US" on the QBI statements" [Ref. #56438] ..... This is the first time I see this diagnostic, any thoughts on how to resolve this issue. The client is a foreigner with no ITIN or SSN, we have the same tax return scenario as last year but this year this diagnostic was triggered.

    Per tfc w/Lacerte 3-19-22, the only way around this diagnostic is to paper file. Or to put in an ITIN or U.S. ID #. Which in the latter case you wouldn't have the diagnostic in the first place.

    Supposed to be corrected "next year."
