The following diagnostic is generating:
e-file: NOTICE The IRS has postponed the tax payment due date to 5/17/2021, when New York has conformed to the postponed date,their schema/business rules have not been updated to allow electronic payments after 4/15/2021. To e-file the return, override the electronic payment date for the New York to be on or before 4/15/2021, or remove the direct debit information and pay by paper-check. (ref.#55486)
Solution:
To clear the diagnostic, a due date must be entered to override the program until the changes are implemented into the schema/business rules, screen 5.1 - State due date if different
