Solution:
This field is required for a taxpayer receiving a Form 1099 MISC or 1099 NEC. For a taxpayer receiving a SSA-1099 or RRB-1099, do not use the 1099 MISC/NEC input fields or Tax Withheld section in Screen 14.1
To enter Federal withholding Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefits, use the new input fields available in the Screen 14.1 Social Security Benefits section.
