    This diagnostic is typically: 

    Virginia automatically grants all taxpayers a 6-month extension of time to file their income tax return. Form 760IP is not allowed to be electronically filed if no additional tax payment is being electronically paid with the extension.

     

    Solution:

    The extension would need to be removed unless you are choosing to make a payment with the extension.
