The following diagnostic is generating:
On a proforma'd return, verification of the Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) for accuracy and completeness is required for Oregon electronic filing. In Settings > Options > Tax Return > Oregon Options > PTIN verified in Preparer Options can be set to Yes to no longer generate this diagnostic for all clients.
Solution:
Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Details screen 3.2, at the top left click on 'e-file Misc,' scroll down to Oregon Miscellaneous section and check the third box that says 'The Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) has been verified and is correct and complete.' There is also a global option in Settings - Tax return - Oregon section
