The following diagnostic is generating:
On a proforma'd return, verification of the Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) for accuracy and completeness is required for Oregon electronic filing. In Settings > Options > Tax Return > Oregon Options > PTIN verified in Preparer Options can be set to Yes to no longer generate this diagnostic for all clients.
Solution:
See Screen 4.4 - on the Oregon Miscellaneous section there is a check box to verify PTIN - There is also a global option in Settings - Tax return - Oregon section
