The following diagnostic is generating: e-file: As of January 1, 2019 returns that are subject to the efile mandate, must also make payments electronically (ref. #53522) Mississippi does not require electronic payment of taxes due. Furthermore, I just prepared 2 corporate returns, both of which have a state tax liability. One of the returns gets this diagnostic and the other does not. Why?
