The following diagnostic is generating:
Additional local wage and withholding information is required in the wage input screen. Please go to the section of input titled ""Electronic Filing (W-2 State/Local), and input Locality Name, wages and taxes paid.
Solution:
If all needed information is present or OH is not on the W-2 try clearing the Electronic Filing (W-2 State/Local) section, going to the Forms tab, then going back to add the other state information back into that section 1=delete this year does not seem to be consistent in figuring out which W-2 is the issue suggest getting copy of return and physically deleting w-2's and checking to see when the diagnostic goes away
