There is only one partner reported for this California partnership return. If this is a single member LLC, the single member LLC checkbox must be marked to electronically file. If this is not a single member LLC, then at least one additional partner is required.
Solution:
Add a partner on screen 7 -or- click on the diagnostic from the Diagnostics tab, or access Details screen 37.011, scroll down to section Single Member LLC Information, and check the box 'Single member LLC'
