The following diagnostic is generating:
Federal amended returns cannot be e-filed. Be sure to file the federal amended return on paper.
Solution:
Federal Individual amended returns cannot be e-filed. Click on the diagnostic in the Diagnostics tab or go to Detail screen 1 and uncheck the e-file box next to Federal to de-trigger the diagnostic error
